During the tasting, participants will have the opportunity to discover the variety and quality of local cheese production and experience different tastes, textures and aromas. Each cheese cellar presents a selection of cheeses carefully chosen to represent the region's unique flavor profiles. An experienced cheese expert is on hand to guide participants through the tasting, provide background information on how the cheeses are made and aged, and answer questions.
